Krill Oil vs Fish Oil

Hi,

Today we're going to compare two products Krill oil vs fish oil.
Let's put marketing and branding aside and just talk healthcare and well-being for a moment: In simple terms when it come to krill oil vs fish oil, it's all about which omega-3 supplement works best for you.
Krill oil - like fish oil - is a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids but krill oil supporters claim that its omega-3s are easier for the body to absorb and have the added benefits of anti-oxidants.
In practice, what that means is that one capsule of krill oil is similar to taking many more capsules of fish oil. That may also explain why Krill oil is more expensive per capsule but could indeed present a saving if:
1 krill oil capsule = 5-8 fish oil capsules*
However, fish oil is still widely looked upon by healthcare professionals as a great heath supplement backed by many years of scientific research and it works!
So if you're used to taking Fish oil and don't wish to change that's perfectly fine and most importantly you need to get your recommended daily dose of omega-3s (500mg)

Medical Benefits of Omega-3s: Research shows that omega -3s improve heart
health and lower triglycerides, rheumatoid arthritis, depression, reducing inflammation
throughout the body, prenatal health & asthma.
